摘要 以对甲苯酚为原料,制备2,6-二(羟甲基)-4-甲基苯酚,在室温下用活性MnO2氧化2,6-二(羟甲基)-4-甲基苯酚,合成了5-甲基-2-羟基-1,3-苯二甲醛。考察了活性MnO2用量、反应时间及溶剂的用量对产品收率的影响,在反应条件为C9H12O3(5.0 g)/MnO2(40.0 g)/CHCl3(250 mL)/反应时间(36 h)时,产品收率最好。 The 2,6-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4-methy phenol was synthesized with p-cresol as material. Under the room temperature, 2,6-bis (hydroxymethyl)-4-methy phenol was oxidized by activated manganese dioxide to synthesize 5-methyl-2-hydroxyisophtha-ladehyde. The influence factors were investigated. When the ratio of C9H12O3/MnO2AEHCl3 was 5.0g/40.0g/250mL, reaction time was 36h, the yield was the best.
