摘要
用化学法生产活性二氧化锰在理论上有报导过。我们用1:2硫酸溶解矿粉,然后用NaOH调节PH=6.0~6.5,使之与铁、铝分离,在一定温度和一定酸度条件下用NaClO使锰(Ⅱ)氧化成二氧化锰。这工艺简单易行,其产品纯度高、活性强、收率也较高且成本低、能耗小,是一种比较理想的生产方法。
The manner has been reported that on preparation of active manganese dioxide in the paper. The Ore powder has been Soluted by 1:2 Sulphuric acid. Then adjusted to the PH up to 6.0—6.5 with Sodium Hydroxide, Separated remove Iron and Aluminium. The Mn(Ⅱ) has been oxidided to Manganese dioxide with NaClO in some temperature and acidity. The products by the method have been higher purety. Strengther activity and better repeaility costing lower. It is a better process for preparation of Manganese dioxide.
