摘要
以电气接触为手段,在线测试设备除了能够测试制造过程的缺陷和故障以外,还能够测试PCB的某些电气性能,因而得到了广泛应用。但是,在线测试仪将面临高密度PCB测试的挑战。本文扼要的介绍在线测试技术的原理及未来发展趋势。
By contacting with PCB,in-circuit tester, not only can test most of manufacturing defects and faults,but also can test PCB assemblers＇ electrical performance. In-circuit testers are widely used, but they are facing challenges from high-density PCB assemblers＇ testing tasks. This paper simply introduces the theory of in-circuit tester, the development of it is also mentioned.
