摘要
制定和推广高质量的临床实践指南是改善患者预后,控制医疗费用行之有效的方法。不同的国家或学术组织针对同一疾病可能制定了不同的指南,这些指南可能存在很大的异质性,给医生的临床决策带来困扰。本文阐述临床医生如何科学地评价临床实践指南的质量以及如何将指南应用于具体病人。
Developing and disseminating high quality clinical practice guideline is an effective method to improve the outcomes of patients and reduce the medical cost. Different countries or academic organizations may develop various guidelines, which may be quite different from each other, for the same disease. It is difficult for clinicians to make clinical decision by practicing these guidelines. This paper will induce the methods for clinicians on appraising the quality of clinical practice guideline and implementing it to individual patient.
