摘要
分析了EBM国内外研究概况及开展EBM信息服务与用户教育的必要性、条件,并提出了开展EBM信息服务及用户教育的构想。
This paper described the outline of the foreign and domestic studies of evidence- based medicine （EBM） and the necessity of developing the EBM information service and user education, and condition, and put forward ideas of developing the EBM information service and user education.
