摘要
在昼夜温度(6±0.2)℃条件下,研究了经抗冷剂(冷冻宝)处理的黄瓜幼苗对低温胁迫的反应。结果表明,2.0×10-3g.mL-1抗冷剂可缓解低温胁迫后叶绿素含量的下降,保持相对较高的抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT)活性,削弱丙二醛(MDA)积累,保持细胞膜的完整性;同时,抗冷剂使黄瓜幼苗渗透调节物质(可溶性糖、脯氨酸)含量极显著高于对照,提高幼苗的抗冷性。
The reaction of cucumber seedlings to low temperature stress was studied when it was treated by 2.0 × 10^-3 g · mL^-1 chill resistance agent under the temperature day/night(6 ± 0.2)℃. The results showed that chill resistance agent could delay the decrease of chlorophyll content, and also maintain activities of anti-oxidative enzymes, such as SOD and CAT, in higher level, under the stress. The agent could weaken the accumulation of MDA, maintain the integrity of cell membrane. At the same time, the osmotic substance (soluble sugar and praline )contents in cucumber seedlings leaves were significant higher than the control group and the chilling tolerance of cucumber seedlings was increased.
