摘要
目的:观察养阴清痤冲剂与螺内酯治疗女性持久性痤疮临床疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法:治疗组52例用养阴清痤冲剂治疗,对照组48例用螺内酯治疗。治疗后比较两组的临床疗效及两组治疗前后血清性激素(T、E2、PRL、LH、FSH)水平变化。同时选取50例青春期后健康无痤疮女性进行性激素检测。结果:治疗组临床有效率92.31%,对照组85.42%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清E2水平升高,与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组血清T水平下降,与治疗前相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清痤冲剂治疗女性持久性痤疮有较好临床疗效,并对血清E2水平有调节作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Yang yin qing cuo granule and Spionolactone on the serum levels of sex hormone and analysis of treatment efficacy for women with drawn -out acne. methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treamment group with 52 cases and Yang yin qing cuo granule were adopted; the control group with 48 cases and Spionolactone were adopted. The serum levels of sex hormon（ T, E2, LH, FSH, PRL）and the kalium of blood serum and function of liver and kidney of patients were measured before and after treatment respectively. 50 postadolescent women without acne were measured the serum levels of sex hormone, results： The effective rate of the treamment group was 92.31% ,that of the control group was 85.42%, and no significant differences was found between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treated, there was significant difference about the improvement on the serum levels of estradiol of patients in treament group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and no significant difference about the serum levels of T, LH, FSH, PRL. There were significant differences about the lowering on the serum levels of testosterone of patients in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and no significant difference about the serum levels of E2, LH, FSH, PRL. Conclusion ： These results suggested that women with drawn - out acne treated by Yang yin qing cuo granule could get better effects, these results revealed that Yang yin qing cuo granule could improved patients serum levels of estradiol.
