摘要
目的观察白虎汤加减方治疗痤疮的疗效。方法皮肤科门诊选取痤疮患者90例,随机分为白虎汤治疗组,丹参酮胶囊对照组,维A酸类乳膏外用对照组,每组30例。治疗4周后观察临床疗效。结果白虎汤组疗效优于其他两组(均P<0.05),临床疗效差异有统计学意义。结论白虎汤加减方治疗痤疮安全、有效,具有较好的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Baihu decoction in treatment of acne. Methods 90 patients with ache were randomly divided into modified Baihu decoction treatment group, tanshinone capsule control group, and vitamin A acid cream external control group, 30 cases in each group. The clinical effects were observed after 4 weeks of treatment . Results The clinical effct of modified Baihu decoction treatment group was better than the other two groups, the difference was stastically signfifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified Baihu decoction is safe and effective in treatment of ache,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
