摘要
运用人文主义的方法论，对城市社会权力因素及其作用机制进行了系统分析．并以西安市为例，在行为调查的基础上，对国内城市土地配置现状特点与问题进行了探讨．最后提出了实现城市土地优化配置的协调互动模式．
Beginning with concept of sustainable development, the author puts forward several proposals to promote the sustainable development of China, based on the analysis of current situations of population, resources and envionment in China.
