摘要
为实现复杂产品设计数据与工艺数据集成和企业信息共享,达到产品数据的全生命周期管理和控制,将产品数据集成模型分成设计数据模型和工艺数据模型两部分。以工艺活动为中心关联操作对象(输入)、结果对象(输出)设计数据、工艺数据和资源数据,按工艺活动的先后顺序形成工艺结构树或电子工艺清单(EBOP,Electronic Bill of Process),使前继工艺活动的结果对象作为后续工艺活动的操作对象,建立反映复杂产品制造过程的复杂产品工艺数据模型。用体现EBOP数据结构的XML中性格式文件实现PDM与OAPP系统之间的集成,通过产品零部件对象实现PDM系统中EBOM与BOP之间的数据集成。同时,阐述了该工艺数据模型在复杂产品生产过程中的应用。
To realize complicated product data integration and enterprise information sharing, achieve product data management and control in the whole life cycle, the complicated product data integration model was divided into two part as design model and process model. All process related data like as operation object (input) and result object (output) design data, process data and resource data was organized by process activity. The process structure tree, also named electronic bill of process (EBOP) was formed by connect all process activity in sequence. Then the product process data model was built by EBOP to reflect the whole manufacturing process. The XML format file describing the EBOP data structure was used to integrate the PDM system and CAPP system. The product part object was used to connect the EBOM and EBOP and solve the product data integrate problem in PDM system. In addition, the application of this process data model in the complicated product manufacturing was illuminated.
