摘要
以PDM为支撑平台,集成企业各方面支持产品开发的各种信息,使得信息流动处于一种有序、可控状态的信息共享在产品开发过程中十分重要。文章根据黄石某换热器股份有限公司PDM工程的实施和对IBM公司ProductManager的认识,提出了基于PDM的企业全局信息集成框架,分析了PDM与CIMS、CAD/CAPP/CAM、ERP以及网络化制造的关系,探讨了PDM信息集成模式:封装模式、接口和集成模式,结合STEP共享信息模型,试图通过PDM系统解决工程设计中的大量文档、数字化产品模型、产品明细表与工程更改等信息的组织、管理与控制,CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM各分系统之间的交换与共享问题,以及CAx系统与MRP-II之间的信息集成问题。为企业全局信息集成提供了统一模型和有效手段。
By helps of the platform of PDM, integrating all kinds of enterprise information supporting product development will result in the share of information where the flow of information is in a orderly and controllable state, which is very important in product development. According to the implementation of PDM in a heater LTD Company of Huangshi and the cognition of Product Manage from IBM, the frame of full-scale enterprise information integration is put forward in the paper, and the relation between PDM and CIMS, CAD/CAPP/ CAM, ERP and manufacture based on web is analyzed. Meanwhile, the model of information integration based on PDM, including the model of encapsulation, interface and integration, is further researched. Combined with the model of information sharing based on STEP, this paper tries to take full advantage of PDM so as to solve some problems as following： Firstly, how to organize, manage and control the information formed in engineering design such as many documents, digital product model, product list and the change of engineering; Secondly, how to realize the exchange and share of information between different subsystems in CAD/CAE/CAPP/ CAM; thirdly, how to integrate information between CAX system and MRP-Ⅱ. All these provide full-scale enterprise information integration with a common model and effective methods.
