摘要
研究了稀土铅锑合金的力学性能、析气性能,并对金相组织及断口形貌进行了分析。采用光电化学方法研究了合金在硫酸溶液中形成的钝化膜的光电化学性质,通过测量膜的光电流与入射光能量的关系,结合半导体理论,对膜的半导体特征和结构进行了分析。结果表明,该合金力学性能优良,析气量较少,钝化膜呈n-型半导体特征,膜的光电流响应强,导电能力好。因此可成为一种比较理想的少维护铅酸电池板栅材料。
The mechanical properties and evolving amount of hydrogen gas of the lead- antimony alloys with rare earth additive were investigated. The microstmctures and fracture morphology were analyzed, too. The photoelectrochemical behaviors of the passive film formed on the alloy in H2SO4 solution were investigated using photoelectrochemical techniques. The semiconductor properties and the structure of the film were analyzed from the relationship of the photon energy and the photocurrent using the semiconductor theory. The results showed that these alloys had excellent mechanical behaviors and less gas evolving amount. The film presented an n - type semiconductor character, It had strong photoresponse and better conductivity. Therefore, the alloy could be an ideal candidate for grid material in less - maintenance lead- acid batteries.
