摘要 目前使用的铅蓄电池板栅合金主要是铅锑合金和铅钙合金。板栅合金的腐蚀常常导致电池失效。本文采用旋转环盘电极(RRDE)技术,研究在Pb/PbSO_4电位和PbSO_4/PbO_2电位区间内,铅锑合金和铅钙合金在1.285g/ml硫酸中的电极过程。讨论了盘电极、环电极伏安曲线上出现的各个峰反应,着重分析了与锑有关的反应峰。将两种合金的曲线加以比较,分析造成曲线差异的原因。 Pb-Sb and Pb-Ca alloys were generally used as the grid material for lead-acid batteries. The corrosion of grids often led to the failure of batteries. The rotating ring-disc electrode techniques were used to study the electrode process of Pb-Sb and Pb-Ca alloys in 1. 285g/ml H2SO4 potentials range between Pb/PbSO4 and PbSO4/PbO2 couples. Every peak in the cyclic voltammograms of disc and ring, especially the peak relating to Sb was discussed. The curves of Pb-Sb and Pb-Ca alloys were compared and their differences and related reasons were discussed.
