摘要
[目的]为添加酸化剂的羔羊补饲料对羔羊消化率的影响研究提供依据。[方法]通过饲养试验和消化代谢试验,研究超早期断奶羔羊补饲料中添加酸化剂的应用效果。[结果]试验结果表明:在超早期断奶羔羊补饲料中添加酸化剂可以显著提高羔羊的生产性能,改善羔羊对饲料的消化率。但不同酸化剂产品对羔羊的作用效果存在一定差异。酸化剂产品Ⅰ提高羔羊的增重速度、饲料转化效率和饲料主要营养物质表观消化率的作用效果均优于酸化剂产品Ⅱ,但酸化剂产品Ⅱ降低腹泻率的效果优于酸化剂产品Ⅰ,这可能与不同产品中酸的种类、组成不同有关,其机理尚有待进一步研究。[结论]酸化剂能否提高营养物质的消化率尚不能下定论,有待进一步研究论证。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the effects study on lamb digestibility of supplementary feed added with acidifier. [ Method ] Feeding experiment, digestion and metabolism experiment was conducted to examine the application effect of two types of aeidifiers added in weanling lamb diet. [ Result] Aeidifiers had a positive effect on improving productivity, feed conversion rate and apparent digestibility of lamb. But there were different effects with different aeidifier supplementation. Aeidifier supplementation Ⅰ could improve significantly average daily gain, feed conversion ratio, apparent digestibility. Acidifier supplementation Ⅱ could reduce diarrhea rate. And the reason needed to be research further. [ Conclusion] Whether acidifier can improve the digestibility of nutrient hadn＇t certain conclusion, and should be study for the next step.
