酸化剂的生物学功能及其在断奶仔猪中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们对动物营养的研究深入以及对动物生产的性能要求,各种饲料添加剂应运而生,酸化剂以无污染、无残留、快速吸收以及绿色环保等优点成为与益生素、酶制剂等并列的主要饲料添加剂。试验表明,酸化剂降低饲料pH、促进对矿物质元素的吸收、增加饲料适口性、提高畜禽的免疫力和抗应激反应。本文综合介绍酸化剂的定义及分类、生物学功能、现状以及应用前景。
