摘要
[目的]探索玉米幼苗生长规律,为干旱条件下玉米幼苗的生长提供理论根据。[方法]以优良品种沈农大368玉米种子为材料,进行幼苗自然含水量、蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量、电导率、脯氨酸含量的测定。[结果]随着干旱程度的加强,玉米幼苗的含水量和可溶性蛋白质含量下降,丙二醛、质膜透性及脯氨酸含量增加。[结论]在较长时间胁迫下,幼苗的损伤达到不可逆转的程度。
[ Objective] The research aimed to explore the growth law of corn seedlings and provide theoretical basis for the study of corn seedlings growth under drought stress. [ Method] Fine varieties Shennongda 368 corn seedlings were choosed for materials. And natural water content,protein content,MDA content, conductivity, proline content of seedling was measured. [ Result] The experiment indicated that along with arid degrees enhancement, the corn seedlings water content and the soluble protein content dropped, the third dial, the protoplasmic membrane penetrability and the proline content increased. [ Conclusion] The damages of corn seedlings could not be reversed when the stress time was long.
