The Status Quo of Experimental Animal Models of Migraine

摘要 偏头痛是一种原发性头痛,其发病机制及病理机制至今不明,目前占有主导地位的理论有血管源学说、三叉神经血管学说和皮层扩布性抑制学说。动物模型正是在上述理论基础上建立的。本文拟对偏头痛动物模型的研究现状进行综述。 Migraine is a kind of primary headache. Up to now, the pathogenesis and pathomechanism of migraine are still unclear. At present the major theories on migraine include neurovascular theory, trigeminovascular theory and cortical spreading depression theory. Animal models are made on the basis of forementioned theories. In this article we comprehensively summarize the literature about experimental animal models of migraine.
