三种妇科栓剂对大鼠宫颈糜烂模型的治疗作用及抗菌活性的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较三种临床常用妇科栓剂保妇康、消糜栓、复方莪术油栓治疗大鼠宫颈糜烂模型的作用和抗菌活性。方法50只大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、保妇康、消糜栓、复方莪术油栓组,以阴道注入苯酚胶浆造成宫颈糜烂模型,空白对照仅给予生理盐水,药物治疗7 d后,观察宫颈的组织病理切片。采用琼脂稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度以比较三种药物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑制活性。结果与对照相比,模型组表现明显的宫颈糜烂,大量炎细胞浸润、血管扩张充血及阴道上皮角化,而三种药物对大鼠宫颈糜烂均有明显的治疗作用,其中复方莪术油栓的效果最为明显,复方莪术油栓显著抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌,但对大肠杆菌抑制作用不明显,保妇康、消糜栓也具有一定的抗菌活性。结论三种药物对大鼠宫颈糜烂均有明显的治疗作用和抗菌活性,其中复方莪术油栓的效果较为明显,为临床用药提供了参考。 Objective To compare the anti-microbial effect in vitro and anti-inflammatory effect of three Chinese medicine, Baofukang (BFK), Xiaomishuan (XMS) and Fufangezhuyoushuang (FFEZY), on rats with cervical erosion. Methods 50 healthy female Wister rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, BFK group, XMS group and FFEZY group. The cervical erosion was generated by treatment with fenol mucilage. All model rats except the control group were administered with the drugs, respectively, for 7 days. The rats in control group received saline only. The pathological changes of cervical tissue were examined. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the three drugs to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, respectively, was determined by dilution method with Nutrient and Sabourand dextrose agar plates. Results Compared with the control group, histopathological morphometry showed significant inflammatory cell infiltration (9/10), dilatation of small blood vessels (8/10), keratinization of vaginal epithelium (6/10) in the model groups. But in the BFK group, X-MS group and FFEZY group, inflammatory cell infiltration in cervical mucosa was 2/10, 2/10, 1/10; dilatation of small blood vessels was 2/10, 1/10, 0/10; keratinization of vaginal epithelium was 2/10, 2/10, 1/10, respectively. The MIC of BFK, XMS and EZY to Staphylococcus aureus was 1.25%, 1.25% and 0.156%; to Escherichia coli was 1.25%, 2.5% and, 5.0% ; and to Candida albicans was 2.5 %, 2.5 % and 0. 156%, respectively. Conclusions All three drugs have significant anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects on rats with cervical erosion. FFEZY showing a more significant activity than the othertwo, may in valuable in clinical therapy.
