摘要
医学检验专业培养模式重在医学检验技能,而带动和支撑医学检验技能发展的动力主要是医学检验仪器,而仪器的正确使用和维护又决定着医学检验的质量。目前医学检验专业的教学中都忽视了医学检验仪器的环节,使用单位普遍反映医学检验专业毕业生缺少对检验仪器的了解,更谈不上对仪器进行维护和保养。如何在从优化医学检验专业课程体系、加强师资培养、与企业互动教学中突出临床实验仪器技能教学等方面进行检验仪器教学模式的探索。
The development of medical laboratory skill is based on clinical laboratory instruments,the proper use and maintenance decide the its quality .Students of clinical laboratory medicine＇should not only mast how to use instruments properly,but also know how to maintain instruments. Training students to learn this skill is necessary.
