摘要
采用改性树脂对水玻璃进行改性处理,并用改性后的水玻璃配制型砂。结果表明:在相同的粘结剂加入量和吹气工艺条件下,用#1改性树脂改性的水玻璃砂的综合性能较为理想。另外,测得CO2吹气工艺对型砂强度的影响如下:固定粘结剂的加入量为3.5%、吹气流量为2.5m3/h,随着吹气时间的延长,型砂σ0不断上升,而σ24则逐步下降;固定粘结剂的加入量为3.5%、吹气时间为20s,随着吹气流量增大,型砂σ0下降,而σ24上升。
The sodium silicate (water glass) was modified with modified resin and then was used for preparation of moulding sand. The result showed that, under the condition of the same addition amount of sodium silicate and the same CO2 blowing process, the overall properties of the sodium silicate sand modified with #1 modified resin are relatively satisfied. Besides, the influence of CO2 blowing process on the strength of the sand was measured and the result was as follows: when the addition amount of binder was kept as 3.5% and CO2 flow rate was kept as 2.5 m^3/h,the σ0 of sand was continuously increasing but the σ-24 was decreasing gradually with increasing of blowing duration; when the addition amount of binder was kept as 3.5% and CO2 blowing duration kept as 20 s, the σ0 of sand was decreasing but the σ24 was increasing gradually with increasing of blowing flow rate.
