摘要
本文对水玻璃改性进行了研究,确定了改性方法及制备工艺,并对改性后的水玻璃砂进行了系统的性能试验,同时,对助粘结剂做了一些探讨。试验表明,改性后的水玻璃砂性能提高,溃散效果显著。
This paper investigats modification of sodium silicate and points out modifying method and its process. Mold properties are measured systematically for modified sodium silicate sand. The results show that modified sodium Silicate sand can increase its mold properties and makes collapsibility improved distinctly Co-adhesive is searched as well.
