摘要
未来20年,中国将完成从贸易大国向贸易强国的转变。在这一过程中,将与不少发达国家、发展中国家发生贸易摩擦。在众多的贸易摩擦形式中,以反倾销最为突出。但中国反倾销预警信息沟通机制的现状却不容乐观。文章重点探讨了构建基于"四体联动"的反倾销预警信息交流沟通机制以及反倾销预警管理信息沟通机制中的软硬件措施。
In next 20 years, China will evolve from the large trade nation to powerful trade nation. In this process, there is no doubt that China will involve in trade fiictions with many devel- oped and developing countries. Among these various trade frictions, the most prominent friction is anti-dumping. However, the status quo of Chinese anti-dumping early warning information communication mechanism is not optimistic. This paper focuses on constructing anti-dumping early warning information communication mechanism based on the ＂four-linkage＂ , as well as hardware and software measures of anti-dumping early warning information communication mechanism.
