摘要
当今世界是一个突发事件频频发生的时代,媒体作为一种重要的社会力量,在组织危机管理中发挥着不可替代的作用。危机对于一个组织来说,可能是灾难,也可能是转机。在危机突发期,媒体的作用体现在三方面:在激发公众情绪中实现危机传播的基调统一;在设置舆论焦点中塑造组织危机管理的良好形象;在满足公众信息需求中保持社会正常运转。因此,危机传播中的信息的对称问题是十分重要的。
The present world is at a time with frequent emergency. Medium as an important social power, plays a crucial role in crisis control and management. For an organization crisis may be either a disaster or a chance for a good change. Facing emergency, the functions of the media are embodied in the following three aspects: to reach the unity of keynote of the crisis spreading through inspiring the public; to shape an excellent image of the crisis management organizers by setting the focus of public opinion; and to maintain the regular operation of the society by meeting the s information demand of the public. Therefore, the information symmetry problem in crisis spreading is very important.
