摘要
用间接抗原竞争法ELISA测定BAL液的白蛋白含量,结果:ARDS和HPS患者组(几何均数2.07±0.609和1.613±0.238)均高于正常组(1.245±0.314),P<0.01ARDS组发病10天以上者半数恢复或接近正常范围。本法是检测低浓度白蛋白的简单、快速、可靠方法。
The concentration of albumin in BAL fluid was examined by inhibition ELISA test. The subjects include 8 normal adults, 20 patients with ARDS, and 25 with HPS. The albumin in BAL fluid of patients with ARDS and HPS is inereased significantly over the normal subjects. And the concentration of albumin in BAL fluid with ARDS is increased over the HPS. The concentration of albumin in 5/ 10 late patient with ARDS is in or near the normal level. These data show that the test is a useful method to detect the low concentration albumin fluid, the per- . meability of capillary alveolar membrane is significantly increased in ARDS, and repeated measurement of the albumin in BAL fluid may be used to assess the state and guide treatment of ARDS.
