摘要
介绍了利用空气干燥法和涂片法对淡水扁虫染色体的制备,通过对不同产地淡水扁虫染色体的大量制备实验,得到了分散完全、形态清晰的染色体,这将会更适合于核型分析及进一步的遗传学研究.
In this paper the method for chromosome preparation of freshwater planarian was introduced. Used air-drying technique and coated-technique, based on plenty of experiments of freshwater planarian from different localities,it suggest that their chromosomes disperse completely and clearly that will be suit to karyotype analysis as well as farther genetic research.
