摘要
为了检测扩散焊由于工艺不当造成的连接不良等缺陷,研制了全自动超声特征成像系统.通过对超声波信号特征和扩散焊缺陷特征进行分析,给出扩散焊连接质量缺陷位置、大小和形状评价的定量化直观结果,减少了扩散焊缺陷检测的漏检和误检问题,提高了扩散焊质量检测的客观性和可靠性.通过对钨钽扩散焊和铜钢扩散焊的检测实验,表明了系统能检测到的最小缺陷达0.5 mm.
To test the flaw of diffusion welding, the Auto Ultrasonic Feature Imaging System was developed. Joint bad- ness flaws present in diffusion welding for some craftwork reasons, but the normal flaws existing in melt welding do not fit to diffusion welding, while in the Ultrasonic Feature Imaging System, by analysing the whole wave train recordingly and tes- ting the processing of ultrasonic signal makes the system a full-information processing ability of the waveform features and flaw features. Through fix quantify testing, fewer miscarriages of justice will occur, and the results~ objectivity and reliabil- ity are improved. Two experiments were made for tungsten-tantalum diffusion welding and copper-steel diffusion welding testing,and the resolution of the least flaw for bimetal clad layer is up to 0.5 mm.
