摘要
在制造商和零售商组成的供应链系统中,制造商和零售商的竞争或合作对整个市场都会产生很大的影响。通过对上游垄断制造商和下游垄断市场零售商中的3种销售合作模式的分析,得出结论:在双方不合作的情况下,由于双重加成定价的存在,提高了价格,如果制造商只根据自身的局部最优策略来决定转让价格的大小,上下游成员之间的竞争就会损害系统的总体性能;如果双方能够合作,则存在帕累托改进的可能。若制造商是核心企业,则在合作的情况下,制造商的境况会得到好转,而零售商却不会发生改变。
In a supply chain system, the competition make a big impact on the whole market. Through the or collaboration of a manufacturer and a retailer will analysis of three sale collaboration modes of upstream manufacturers and downstream market retailers, this paper concludes that under the situation of non-collaboration, the competition between the upstream and downstream members will damage the general performance because of the existence of double pricing and the increasing of price. If they can collaborate, then it exists the possibility of pareto improvement. If the manufacturer is the core of system, then the situation of the manufacturer will turn better under the circumstance of collaboration, but the retailer will not change.
