摘要
用血管铸型扫描电镜法观察胎儿左心室壁内各级微血管,发现心肌不同层次内的毛细血管口径、间距有差异。讨论了微血管结构特征与功能之间的关系。
The microvascular character in fetus' left ventricular wall was studied by means of vascular casts combined with scanning electron microscopy.The arteriole with luminal diameter of 28.6±12. 3μm bifurcated step by step. The venules were turnip root in shape, with a luminal diameter of 51± 26. 7μm. The postcapillary venules entered the venules from two sides in a horizontal plane with a luminal diameter of 27. 3 ±12. 6μm. The capillaries in various myocardial layers were measured and they showed obvious difference in diameter and intercapillary distance. The relationship between these structural features and function was discussed.
