摘要
目的探讨应用Medpor矫正眼眶骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法术前CT诊断明确的25例（25眼）眼眶骨折术中应用修剪塑形后的Medpor进行眶壁重建。结果术后眼球突出度较术前提高1．5～5．0mm，外观与伤前相似。术后3月后原有复视的13例中复视消失者12例（92．31％）。结论对眼眶爆裂性骨折运用Medpor板可有效矫正眼球内陷及复视。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Medopor implantantion in surgical reconstruction of orbital bowl-out fractures. Methods According to the computed tomography （CT） examination,25 obrital blow-out fracture patients received orbital reconstruction with Medopor implantantion. Results Postoperatively, the exophthalmos increased 1.5 -5 mm,and the appearance is similar to that before trauma. Postoperatively, the diplopia disappeared at 3 months in 12 （92. 3% ）. Conclusions For orbital blow-out fracture patients, orbital reconstruction with Medopor implantantion should be performed shortly after trauma so that the exophthalmos and diplopia can be improved and treated effectively.
