摘要
对测定人红细胞内核苷酸的反相高效液相色谱法进行改进,将双液梯度洗脱条件改为单液等度洗脱,使其操作简单,分析时间缩短,效果同样满意。
Using isocratic elution instead of the gradient elution, a rHPLC method was improved and adopted for the determination of adenylates and pyridine nucl eotides in human erythrocytes. It is simpler and less time consuming, with good reprodu-cibility and precision.
