老年单纯收缩期高血压脉压与血同型半胱氨酸及颈动脉内膜-中层厚度相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者脉压与血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及颈动脉内膜一中层厚度(IMT)之间相关性以及与其他类型老年高血压患者及健康老年人之间的差异。方法对ISH组(I组)31例,全期型高血压(SDH)组(II组)29例,单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)组(III组)28例及老年健康对照组32例,分别检测脉压(PP)、血HCY及IMT。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组PP及HCY水平均高于对照组,且Ⅰ组较Ⅱ、Ⅲ组高,三组不同类型高血压IMT较对照组增高,脉压与血HCY及IMT呈正相关。结论Ⅰ组患者PP升高与血HCY升高和IMT增厚相关,PP及血HCY升高可能是造成动脉粥样硬化的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse pressure and homocysteine and the thickness of the intima - media of the carotid wall in the elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension. Methods The levels of pulse pressure , plasma homocysteine and the thickness of the intima - media of the carotid wall were detected and analyzed statistically for 31 elder ingenuous systolic hypertension patients(ISH), 28 ingenuous diastolic hypertension (IDH), 29 systolic and diastolic hypertension (SDH) patients and 32 healthy controls. Results In three hypertension groups, the levels of pulse pressure and plasma homocysteine were significantly higher than those in normal controls, the thickness of the intima - media of the carotid wall was higher than that in normal controls , and in the ISH group, the levels of pulse pressure and plasma homocysteine were higher than those in the groups of SDH and IDH. Positive relationships were found between PP and HCY, and between PP and IMT. Conclusion In ISH patients, increase in PP is associated with elevated HCY level and IMT level, the increase in PP and HCY may be the risk factor to affect arterial atherosclerosis.
