摘要
通过电火花加工SiCp/Al复合材料的实验研究,探索了电流、脉宽、脉间等参数对电火花加工速度和电极损耗的影响,总结出含体积分数为56%的SiCp/Al复合材料电火花加工的合理加工参数。实验表明:当电极直径为φ18mm时,电流为16A、脉宽为250—350ps、脉间为100ps时,可以进行复合材料的高效加工,对实际生产具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, through the experimental research on EDM machining of the composite material SiCp/Al, the influence of the parameters of current, pulse - width, pulse interval time on EDM machining speed and electrode wear rate were discussed, summarized the optimize machining parameters for composites Al- 56% SiCp . The experiment shows: as the electrode diameter is 18mm, when the current is 16A, pulse-width is 250μm - 350μ m, pulse interval time is 100μ m, the composite can be machined by high efficiency, which has some directions for practical production.
