摘要
采用冷等静压（ＣＩＰ）成型→烧结→熔渗→热等静压（ＨＩＰ）处理工艺制取高密度、高性能电火花加工用ＷＣｕ电极材料。热等静压处理使ＷＣｕ电极性能有较大幅度的提高。
WCu electrode materials for electric spark machining were studied in this paper, whichwere made by the process including cold isostatic pressing(CIP)→sintering→infil→trating hot isostatic pressing(HIP).HIP treatment could make the properties of WCu electrode materials improved.
