分析和讨论了经济型陶瓷零件快速成型机的设计过程,包括机械系统的设计、控制系统的设计以及传动装置的选择和计算。详细介绍了该设备的组成、工作原理及主要结构。该快速成型设备主要用于陶瓷零件的快速成型,成本较低,成型的零件性能良好,具有较好的推广价值。
This paper analyzes and discusses on the design process of economical RP machine for ceramics parts, including the design of the mechanical system, control system and the choose and calculation of driving device. It has introduced the constitution, the operational principle and the configuration of the device detailedly. This RP machine is mainly used for the rapid prototyping and manufacturing of ceramics parts, the cost of the device is low. And the quality of the parts manufactured by it is well. So it has higher popularization value.
