摘要
目的分析医院空气质量对医院感染造成的影响。方法应用平板沉降法对廊坊市人民医院26个科室181～205个监测点空气进行细菌采样培养监测。结果医院空气质量合格率96.13%～99.01%,不合格科室监测点经整改后重新监测,合格率达到100%。医院感染发病率从5.6%降至3.4%。结论对医院空气质量进行定期监测,预防和控制医院感染具有重要作用。
Objective To analysis the influence of hospital air quality on nosocomial infection. Method Bacterial cultivation was conducted in 181 -205 monitoring points of 26 hospital departments during october 2005 to March 2007. Results The qualified rates ranged from 96. 13% - 99.01%. After rectify and reform some departments＇ standard reached 100%. The total nosocomial incidence rate was decreased from 5.6% to 3.4%. Conclusion Regular air quatlity monitoring in hospital is important to prevent and control of nosocomial infection.
