摘要
目的研究赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)对胃癌细胞迁徙能力的影响。方法培养两株胃癌细胞,用Real-Time PCR法检测其LOX的表达量;通过体外Transwell小室迁徙实验比较两株胃癌细胞在不同浓度β-氨基丙腈(BAPN)作用下迁徙能力的变化。结果两株胃癌细胞中均有LOX的表达,当BAPN浓度是0.2和0.3 mmol/L时,胃癌细胞的体外迁徙能力受到抑制。结论LOX可能通过增强肿瘤细胞的迁徙能力而促进肿瘤的转移。
Objective To study the effect of lysyl oxidase (LOX) on the invasion of the human gastric cancer cell lines. Methods Two human gastric cancer cell lines, including MGC-803 and BGC-823, were cultured in vitro. LOX expression was detected by real-time PCR. Treated with different concentration of β-aminoprepionitrile ( BAPN). The invasive ability of the two cell lines was assessed by Transwells chamber model. Results LOX mRNA was expressed in both by two human gastric cancer cell lines in different levels. Added 0.2 mmol/L and 0.3 mmol/L BAPN, the invasion ability of the two cell lines were inhibited. Conclusions LOX mar promote the metastasis of cancer cell by enhancing invasive capability.
