摘要
基底动脉尖综合征是一种特殊类型的椎基底动脉系统血管病。本文报道了1例因先天性血管发育不良导致的基底动脉尖综合征病例,结合相关文献,对该病的临床表现和诊断进行了回顾。
The top of the basilar syndrome is a specific type of vascular disease in the vertebrobasilar artery system. We review the clinical manifestation and diagnosis of the disease with the relative literatures by reporting a case of congenital angiodysplasia caused the top of the basilar syndrome.
