彩超对先天性椎动脉发育不良致椎-基底动脉供血不足的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)对先天性椎动脉发育不良所致椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的诊断价值。方法:用CDUS对200例诊断为VBI患者的椎动脉颅外段的走行、内径、管壁及血流动力学进行观测。结果:200例患者中22例单侧椎动脉内径均匀性偏细,患侧椎动脉内径及Vs、Ved、Vm、Q与健侧比较较低,RI较高,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:彩超为临床诊断先天性椎动脉发育不良致VBI提供了有价值的依据,可作为椎动脉发育不良首选及常规筛查手段。 Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of color ultrasound in vertebrobasilar insuffi- ciency (VBI) caused by congenital vertebral artery hypoplasia. Methods: 200 patients confirmed with VBI were examined by Color Doppler Ultrasonography (CDUS), and the extracranial segments of vertebral artery, the inner diameter, the,tube wall and hemodynamics were observed. Results: Of the 200 patients, the unilateral vertebral artery diameter of 22 patients was uniformity small. Compared with the normal ones, the affected vertebrarterial diameter, Vs, Ved, Vm and Q were lower, but RI was higher, which were significant different (P〈0.01). Conclusion: CDUS provides a valuable basis for the clinical diagnosis of VBI caused by congenital vertebral artery hypoplasia, it can be used as the routine screening method for VBI.
