摘要
采用x荧光光谱仪分析连铸保护渣中SiO2,CaO,MgO,A1203等组分,因保护渣中游离碳等成分在熔融过程中挥散造成熔融玻璃片总重量的变化影响各元素的测量,人工输入游离碳含量并对各元素测定结果进行修正,改善了分析准确度;用高炉渣及转炉渣标准样品添加焦炭标准样品配制的标准样品进行工作曲线的绘制,以适应连铸保护渣中各成分的含量范围;用四硼酸锂做熔剂,高温熔融制样,消除粒度效应。与化学法对照,各组份的定量分析结果令人满意,同时该方法快速、简便。
During the analysis of SiO2, CaO, MgO, A1203 and other components by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, the measurement is affected due to the overall weight variation of melting glass causing by the volatilization of free carbon in continuous casting mould fluxes during melting. Manual input of free carbon content and correction of element measurement improve the analysis accuracy. The working curve is plotted according to the standard specimen prepared by coke standard sample added by blast furnace and converter slag standard samples, to adapt to the content range of components in Continuous Casting Mould Fluxes. Make high temperature melting sample by using lithium tetraborate as flux and relieve grain size effect. In comparison with chemical method, the component quantitative analysis results are satisfactory. Meanwhile, this method is fast and simple.
