摘要
本文从钢水溶解氮的机理及影响钢水增氮因素等方面考虑,通过对转炉脱氧工艺、精炼埋孤工艺、连铸保护浇注工艺等的研究,寻找有效降低钢中氮含量的方法。最终在没有真空脱气装置的情况下,使钢中的氮含量得到了显著的降低,提高了钢的质量。
It thinks of nitrogen dissolution mechanism in the molten steel and the molten steel nitrogen increase aspect and so on, by studying the technology of deaeration, buries the arc craft, the protection casts and so on, seeks effective means to reduces nitrogeh content in the steel t, finally the nitrogen content in the steel had been reduced and the steel quality had been improved without the vacuum degasser.
