摘要
采用端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)增韧改性含磷环氧树脂,以含磷酚醛树脂和二氨基二苯砜为复合固化体系,制备不含锑和铅、汞、镉、六价铬等有害重金属的无卤阻燃型挠性覆铜板,实验结果表明,满足欧盟RoHS指令要求,具有较好的耐离子迁移性、尺寸稳定性、耐变色性和柔软性,阻燃性达到UL94 V-0级。
The varnish used for FCCL was prepared with phosphorated epoxy resin, carboxyl-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber (CTBN), cured by phosphorated phenolic resin and diaminodiphenyl sulphone (DDS) . To conform to the requirements of EU Rolls Directive, the halogen-free flame retardant FCCL does not contain stibium, lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium. And its ion migration resistance, dimensional stability, tarnish resistance and folding endurance are fine, and the flame retardancy reaches UL94 V-0.
