摘要
目的采用人喉癌裸鼠移植模型及电镜观察,研究红毛五加多糖的抗肿瘤药理作用和可能机制。方法建立人喉癌裸鼠移植模型,观测红毛五加多糖(AGP)与对照组的抑癌率;电镜观察AGP引发的癌细胞超微结构改变。结果AGP对裸鼠移植人喉具有明显的抑制作用,平均抑瘤率为47.21%,对荷癌裸鼠体重增长无明显抑制作用,透射电镜观察发现AGP可诱导大量肿瘤细胞凋亡和少量直接坏死。结论AGP对人喉癌有明显的抑制作用,诱导癌细胞凋亡是其主要作用机制,对实验动物的生长无明显影响。
Objective To study the anti - tumor effect of AGP on nude mice inplanted with human laryngeal carcinoma ceils and its machanism. Methods The tumor inhibitory rate was measured on nude mice implanted with human laryngeal carcinoma cells and the super- microstructure change of cancer ceils was observed by transmisssion electron microscope. Results The inhibitory rate of the implanted cancer in AGP group was 47.21% , transmission electron microscope observation results showed that AGP in- duced cell apoptosis more than direct necrosis. Conclusion AGP can inhibit the growth of implanted human laryngeal carcinoma ceils by inducing apoptosis . AGP has no side effect on growth of nude mice in this trial.
