摘要
目的分析排风藤中脂肪酸成分及相对含量。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对排风藤全草中脂肪酸以石油醚萃取,硫酸甲醇甲酯化后进行测定,用面积归一化法得出各脂肪酸的相对含量。结果从排风藤全草中检出11种饱和脂肪酸和5种不饱和脂肪酸。其中饱和脂肪酸占总含量的30.33%,以棕榈酸含量最高(相对含量24.32%);不饱和脂肪酸占总含量的69.77%,以亚油酸含量最高(相对含量60.19%),还有亚麻酸的含量也较高(相对含量8.46%)。结论此研究结果为排风藤的药用价值开发提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the constituent of the fatty acids from Solanum cathayanum. Methods GC - MS was used in the study. The fatty acids from Solanum cathayanum were methylated by refluxing in anhydrous methanol with H2SO4. Results In Solanum cathayanum , sixteen kinds of fatty acids were detected. There were five kinds of unsaturated acids and the total amount was 69.77%. The relative content of 9,12 - Octadecodienoic acid was the highest. Conclusion This study may provide scientific reference for the pharmacological development of Solanum cathayanum.
