摘要
本文在对我国三级医院(尤其是三甲医院)的竞争战略进行分析的基础上,提出最佳成本供应商战略是三级医院竞争战略的最佳选择,依据该战略分析了目前三级医院供应链管理的现状和问题,具体说明了如何建立与竞争战略相匹配的设备、耗材供应链管理模式。
Analyzes the characteristics of First-Class Hospitals to get the best cost vendor strategy most suitable for those hospitals; Dis- cusses the problem of supply chain management of those hospitals, and points out the suitable supply chain management model accord- ing to that strategy. Also indicates the necessaries to build the strategy partnership with major vendors.
