摘要
采用细胞灶法测定硫酸镍对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ－３Ｔ３细胞诱发转化的活性，结果表明当硫酸镍浓度≥１００μｍｏｌ／Ｌ时转化率增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），且有剂量反应关系。本文首次报道硫酸镍可诱发ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ－３Ｔ３细胞转化，并与我们最近报道的氯化镍对该细胞的作用作了比较。
The cell transforming activity of nickel sulfate in BALB/c 3T3 cells was assayed using focus system.The results indicated that at the concentrations above 100μmol/L,nickel sulfate induced increase in transformation frequency (p<0.05) in a dose dependent manner.This is the first report about morphological transformation of BALB/c 3T3 cells induced by nickel sulfate,and the result of the present study was compared with the cell transforming activity of nickel chloride reported previously
