摘要
以贝壳状革耳菌(Panus conchatus)、杂色云芝(Coriolus Versicolor)制备真菌诱导子和硝酸铈、氯化镉制备化学诱导子,研究了其对红法夫酵母生长和类胡萝卜素合成的影响.结果表明:真菌诱导子对红法夫酵母菌体生长、总类胡萝卜素和虾青素合成有显著促进作用,对虾青素含量的影响并不显著,化学诱导子对生长略有抑制但能促进类胡萝卜素尤其虾青素的大量合成.P.conchatus和C.Versicolor诱导子在添加量分别为30 mg/L和10 mg/L时生物量最高,分别比对照提高了69.81%和68.87%,P.conchatus、C.Versicolor、硝酸铈和氯化镉诱导子在添加量分别为30、10、0.16和0.12 mg/L时总类胡萝卜素产量最高,分别比对照提高了47.3%、26.2%和44.9%、52.3%.在最佳浓度(30 mg/L和10 mg/L)下P.conchatus和C.Versicolor诱导子使得虾青素产量分别比对照提高了67.9%和50.1%,对虾青素含量增加并不显著.在最佳浓度(0.16 mg/L和0.12 mg/L)下硝酸铈和氯化镉诱导子使得虾青素产量和含量分别比对照提高了73.8%、60.1%和77.4%、60.6%.
Fungal and chemical elicitors prepared from Panus conchatus, Coriolus versicolor, cerium nitrate and cadmiumchloride were examined to determine their effects on the growth and carotenoid formation of Phaffia rhodozyma. The results showed that the fungal elicitor could stimulate very remarkably the growth, carotenoid and astaxanthin yields but not very markedly on the astaxanthin content , while chemical elicitors inhibited the growth but increased the biosynthesis of carotenoid, and especially biosynthesis of astaxanthin. The P. conchatus and C. Versicolor elicitor concentration of 30 mg/L and 10 mg/L promoted the biomass most remarkably, resulting in 69. 81 % and 68. 87 % higher than the control, respectively. At the concentrations of 10, 30, 0. 16 and 0. 12 mg/L, P. conchatus, C. versicolor, cerium nitrate and cadmium chloride elicitors stimulated the maximum total carotenoids yields with 47.3 %, 26.2% , 44. 9 % and 52.3 % increase compared to the control, respectively. At the optimal concentrations of 30 mg/L and 10 mg/L, P. conchatus and C. versicolor resulted in the optimal astaxanthin yields of 67.9 % and 50. 1%, higher than the control, respectively. At the optimal concentrations of 0. 16 mg/L and 0. 12 mg/L, cerium nitrate and cadmium chloride elicitors resulted in the optimal astaxanthin yields and content of 73.8 % and 60. 1 % , 77.4% and 60. 6 % higher than the control, respectively.
