摘要
针对发动机配气机构,综合考虑气门挺杆、凸轮推杆、摇臂、摇臂轴、摇臂轴支承座以及气门杆的非刚性,建立四自由度的动力学模型。在受到推杆运动激励下,建立配气机构的动力微分方程,分析研究对系统固有特性和频率传递特性。
For air valve machine of automobile engine, a four degree of freedom dynamic system is founded. Using this model the all stiffness of the cam handspike, rocker, rocker axletree and valve handspike are considered synthetically. In addition, the dynamic inherence of the air valve machine and the frequency response characteristics of the system are analyzed. The research result shows that this model can provide a basis for the optimal design of air valve machine of the automobile engine.
