摘要
应用AVL EXCITE TIMING DRIVE软件,建立2115柴油机配气机构运动学及多质量动力学模型,对实测的进气凸轮升程曲线进行分析,优化设计了进气凸轮型线,并通过动力学计算与分析,减轻了气门落座的反跳现象。
Building up the kinematics and multi-mass dynamics model of valve train of the 2115 diesel engine with AVL EXCITE TIMING DRIVE, by analyzing the tested cam lift curve, the valve cam profile is improved. The performances calculation of the valve train indicates that the bounce of the valve is reduced when it's seated down.
