摘要
优选淫羊藿提取工艺,采用L9(34)正交试验考察提取次数(A)、提取时间(B)、碱水用量(C)、提取温度(D)四个因素,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,并采用比色法进行测定。结果得到淫羊藿总黄酮最佳提取工艺为浸泡30min,加20倍的3%Na2SO3的pH为9~10的氢氧化钠碱液,提取温度100℃,提取两次,每次90min。从而可知该工艺稳定可行,经济实用。
To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoid of her ba epmedii, the four factors as extraction times(A), extraction time(B), basic water volume(C), extraction temperature(D) were investigated by L9(3^4) orthogonal design where the content of flavonoid was defined as the standard index. Flavonoid was determined by colorimetric method. The optimum process of the extraction was that added 20 times amount of pH 9-10 sodium hydroxide which including 3 % Na2SO3, soaking 30 minutes and extracting for 90 minutes with the temperature 100℃(totally extraction for 2 times). The optimized process was stable, feasible, economic and practicality.
