摘要
对镍基高温合金GH742疲劳试样进行了激光冲击强化处理,对强化后的试样首先进行了残余应力测试,发现处理后的试样表层产生了很高的残余压应力;然后进行拉-拉疲劳试验,结果表明激光冲击强化能显著提高镍基高温合金的疲劳寿命;最后从断口分析的角度解释了激光冲击强化改善材料疲劳性能的原因。
Fatigue specimens of nickel-based superalloy GH742 were laser-peened by high intensity pulse laser. The residual stress test is carried on the strengthened samples. The results indicate that there are high compressive residual stresses on the sample surfaces of the laser-peened specimens. Then the tension-compression fatigue tests are conducted. The results clearly show that laser shock processing (LSP) is an effective surface treatment technique for improving the fatigue performance of nickel-based superalloy. At last,the surfaces of selected fatigue specimens are examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
